Dr
Bloom received his DDS degree from
the University of Maryland Dental
School, graduating Magna Cum Laude
in 1972. After a one-year general
practice residency at the Barnes-Jewish
Hospital in St. Louis, Dr. Bloom
returned to Baltimore. Ever since,
he has been in private practice
and fully dedicated to the health
and comfort of his patients. Dr.
Bloom is proud to offer the latest
in aesthetic procedures and technology,
as well as a full range of general
dental and specialty services. Dr.
Bloom has been married for 36 years
and has two grown children and two
grandchildren. He is an ardent Yoga
enthusiast. |

Dentist - Dr. Michael Sobol, D.D.S. |

Dr.
Sobol graduated from the University
of Maryland School of Dentistry in
2002 and continued on to complete
the Advanced Education in General
Dentistry Residency Program (AEGD)
at the University of Maryland in 2003.
From his advanced training, he brings
to our practice not only expertise
in general dentistry but also in various
specialties such as periodontics (gum
therapy), endodontics (root canal
therapy), and oral surgery procedures
including the removal of wisdom teeth
and the placement of dental implants.
Dr. Sobol will also introduce to our
practice “Sleep” dentistry
for our anxious patients. Dr. Sobol
is married and has three beautiful
daughters. |

Orthodontist
- Dr. Brummer, D.M.D. |
|
|
| |
Dr.
Brummer received his B.A. and D.D.S.
degree from SUNY University at Buffalo
in 1971. He received his specialty
degree in 1973 after a two year
residency in Orthodontics at the
University of Maryland. He has been
practicing Orthodontics in Maryland
for thirty-two years, and he has
been with the team at Premier Dental
Care for approximately twenty years.
Dr. Brummer is married with three
daughters. His hobbies include golf,
skiing, and fishing. |

Mariann Davis, Office Administrator
|
|
|
| |
Mariann was born
in New York in 1974, and she moved
to Maryland at the age of three.
She graduated high school in 1992
and attended Carroll Community College
for two years. Mariann has been
in dentistry for over twelve years.
She joined Premier Dental Care and
Dr. Bloom in 1997. Mariann is multi-talented
as she is a trained dental assistant
as well as the Practice Administrator
for Premier Dental Care. She is
married and has a daughter. Mariann
is an avid collector of Longaberger
baskets, and she enjoys scrapbooking
and Pilates. |

Candace Murphy, Patient
Coordinator |

Candace was born
and raised in Cumberland, Maryland
where she graduated Allegany High
School in 1998. She worked as a
patient Intake Representative at
a local radiology facility before
relocating to Carroll County in
2006. Candace has two children and
has been on the team of Premier
Dental Care since 2005. |

Jeanine Pickett, B.S., R.D.H. |
|
|
| |
Jeanine was born
and raised in Long Beach California.
She attended Long Beach Community
College and afterwards worked as
a registered dental assistant for
five years before moving to Maryland
in 1986. In 1991 she graduated Magna
Cum Laude from the University of
Maryland School of Dental Hygiene
with a B.S., R.D.H. degree. She
is and has been with Dr. Bloom since
1991. Jeanine enjoys spending time
with her pets, collecting antiques,
traveling, and participating in
numerous outdoor activities. |

Susan Seibel, B.S., R.D.H.

|
| |
Susan was born in
Baltimore, graduated High School
in 1985 and attended Medix School
for training in dental assisting.
Following nine years as a dental
assistant, Susan attended and graduated
the University on Maryland School
of Dental Hygiene where she received
her B.S., R.D.H. degree. She joined
the Premier Dental Care team in
July of 2005. Susan has three children,
and her outside interests include
cooking, gardening, and collecting
antiques. |

Dawn Spoonire, Q.D.A.

Dawn was born in
Baltimore, Maryland in 1973. She
moved to Carroll County with her
family in 1982 graduated High School
in 1991. Immediately after high
school, Dawn entered the field of
dentistry and has been with Dr.
Bloom since 1994. She has achieved
a high level of expertise in the
field and has been an Expanded Duty
Qualified Dental Assistant for over
thirteen years. Dawn has two children,
and her outside interests include
gardening and interior decorating.

Suzana Pesa, Q.D.A., Q.O.D.A. |
|

Susana was born
in Bosnia in 1978 and moved to the
USA in 1999. She has worked in the
dental field since 2003 and became
a Qualified Dental Assistant in
2007. Suzana practices the healing
art of Reiki and enjoys her two
cats, music, art, fashion design,
and outdoor activities. She joined
the Premier Dental Care team on
2007. |

Theresa Forbes, Radiology
Certified Dental Assistant |

Theresa was born
in Baltimore, Maryland and has worked
as a licensed hair stylist and real
estate agent. Presently she is a
member of the Premier Dental Care
Team and holds a position of Radiology
Certified Dental Assistant. Theresa
is married and has two children.
She enjoys spending time with the
family and interior decorating.
